    The Account Coordinator – National and Agency Team serves as the primary support for the National Sales manager and Agency Account Executives, managing and supervising the tactical execution for client programs across all of the internal departments: programming, sales, marketing, and digital.





    The Account Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for the client after a program has been sold and manages and supervises the tactical execution for client programs across all of the internal

    departments: programming, sales, marketing, and digital.



    • Responsible for being the first point of contact and account manager on campaigns for the National Rep Firm and Agency Team
    • Organize, prioritize and manage all on-air, on-site and on-line promotions for clients using BaseCamp as the main communication, delegation & progress tracking vehicle
    • Implement world-class client solutions, rationales, ideas, promotions and campaigns for clients on programs
    • Responsible for taking notes and help establishing timelines and sharing with Account Manager after every internal and external meeting including closed meetings
    • Communicate with on-site contacts at station appearances, events and promotions
    • Work collaboratively with Account Manager to provide station recaps, including air checks (promotional mentions, live liners, endorsements) and pictures of events. 
    • Support for AEs including avails, promotion requests, research
    • Inject national orders from KATZ
    • Pre+Post logs for advertisers when required
    • Upload air checks as needed
    • Continuity for all on-air spots and Digital elements

    Desired Skills & Experience


    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
    • A successful candidate will have strong organization and problem solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong attention to detail is required
    • Ability to work quickly and efficiently balancing a large volume of deadlines
    • Thoughtful, pro-active working style
    • Experience in managing audio, social, digital, experiential integrated marketing projects
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prepare clear and concise client-ready documents
    • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel
    • Experience in managing multiple relationships and projects at once--both internally with different departments and externally with clients
    • Proven relationship building skills and client interaction experience
