We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Marketing to attract customers at scale and contribute to revenue growth in a creative, resourceful and data-driven manner.     The Senior Director of Marketing will oversee the entire marketing strategy, including B2B and B2C strategies and projects; plan and execution for the Dial Report data products and services. The scope of the role includes market awareness, demand generation, sales support marketing, product marketing, and partner and channel marketing. . Dial Report is an industry-wide data platform, measuring the performance and consumption of radio. Dial Report leverages the NextRadio app which is available on 10’s of millions of FM enabled smartphones and growing rapidly, actively ranking as a top 10 Google Playstore Music app (http://www.nextradioapp.com).

    Responsibilities

    At Dial Report/NextRadio you will get to:

    • Develop the overall marketing and sales strategy for Dial Report and provide insight into NextRadio consumer strategy, serving as lead marketing member of the cross-functional Revenue leadership team.
    • Set our customer acquisition strategy by sizing and defining market segments, understanding the competitive dynamics of targeting, positioning, pricing and differentiation.
    • Lead a go-to-market strategy and ensure alignment on all new product feature announcements spanning all marketing disciplines including brand & buzz, lead generation, sales enablement and CRM efforts across multiple target audiences.
    • Define and drive the paid and earned strategy to drive brand awareness.
    • Partner with sales and relationship management team to enable better conversations with prospects and existing clients through education, thought leadership, collateral development and promotions.
    • Partner with Product Management through development process, particularly for concept and launch stages.
    • Connect marketing efforts to revenue goals and market penetration through measurement and attribution frameworks.
    • Exercise a data-centric approach to gather customer insights and use data to improve future marketing campaigns.
    • Partner with internal teams (e.g. Product, Technology, Customer Service, Broadcast Engagement Team) for input and development of the marketing agenda.
    • Motivate, mentor, and develop the existing team.

    Desired Skills & Experience

    You will be effective if you have:

    • 8+ years experience in B2B and B2C marketing in data services/market research, media, or high growth technology environment.
    • 5+ yeas management experience of leading a marketing team; overseeing new product launches in the marketplace and services for our clients.
    • Broad experience across core marketing functions: demand generation, content marketing, SEO, product marketing, communications and brand development.
    • An ability to roll up your sleeves to make things happen with your team and colleagues.
    • Empathy for your target customer and team.
    • Highly analytical, organized and results driven.
    • MBA preferred, but not required.
