  • Job Overview

    The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for the client after a program has been sold and manages and supervises the tactical execution for client programs across all of the internal departments: programming, sales, marketing, digital.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Manages day-to-day implementation and execution of programs from start to finish including setting and communicating internal and external deadlines
    • Establish and manage ways of working with clients
    • Own day-to-day communication with the client on execution details
    • Communication management: Utilize well-established processes to communicate internally and externally with client contacts in a prompt/timely manner
    • Lead client status calls including weekly performance reporting and meeting agendas.
    • Work across digital, programming, marketing and sales departments to provide executional deliverables and manage campaign delivery
    • Oversee/manage execution of programs with Account Coordinator
    • Work with finance department and Account Executive to ensure payment terms are met
    • Attend brainstorms to ensure client needs are being met
    • Lead creative briefing and review calls with internal teams as needed
    • Work with marketing team if outside vendors need to be engaged for executions

    Desired Skills & Experience

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field is required
    • 3-5 years of marketing agency experience
    • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
    • Thoughtful, pro-active working style.
    • Experience in managing audio, social, digital, experiential integrated marketing projects
    • Experience managing digital ad campaigns including display, video or social and strong analytical skills particularly in leveraging web and social data to optimize programs
    • Experience with third party ad tags, conversion tracking pixels, and reporting
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prepare clear and concise client-ready documents
    • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel
    • Experience in managing multiple relationships and projects at once--both internally with different departments and externally with clients
    • Proven relationship building skills and client interaction experience
