    NextRadio is changing the landscape of broadcast radio, launching new media products and services to our clients. We are looking for a friendly, tech oriented and driven individual to join our Customer Care team.

    The successful candidate will play an integral role in providing support for the Radio broadcast industry’s growing NextRadio mobile and automotive listening platform, for a sophisticated reporting system and in onboarding new B2B clients, ensuring they are able to connect, and stay connected to the AWS based TagStation backend system.

    It is an interesting position for an eager, positive, technically-inclined professional who knows or would like to dive into modern radio systems, and who is excited to learn and work with emerging technologies.

     

    NextRadio (http://www.nextradioapp.com) is available on 10+ million FM enabled smartphones and growing rapidly, actively ranking as a top 10 Google Play Store music app.

    DialReport (http://dialreport.com/) is a unique listener intelligence and data attribution platform measuring performance of radio.

    TagStation (http://tagstation.com/) is the power fueling NextRadio and the DialReport system.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Engagement with B2C customers who request NextRadio support via our ticketing system, Google PlayStore or Apple Store
    • Engagement with B2B customers who request TagStation support for both technical implementation and non-technical questions
    • Responsible for B2B customer onboarding process and proactively assists stations with their automation system connectivity and HD Radio Artist Experience set-ups
    • Monitoring and management of internal systems using Zendesk help center, SalesForce and TagStation ERP
    • Support for the DialReport proprietary data reporting solution
    • Act as the technical liaison between customers and product development team
    • Research radio station information, validation and updating
    • Participate in producing technical and non-technical integration documentation, FAQ and related support materials available to our customers in our online help centers
    • Participate in internal team efforts to improve support processes and related systems
    • Other support and technology related tasks as directed
    • Contribute to a positive work environment, and embody the NextRadio culture

     

     

    Desired Skills & Experience

    • Associates Degree or higher in Technology, Engineering or IT related field of study
    • Knowledge and experience supporting Windows XP/7/10 systems
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like Word and Excel
    • Knowledge of IP networking basics
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Customer support experience in technology related field
    • Experience with radio station playout technologies is a big plus
    • Willingness to learn radio broadcasting data related systems and enjoy working with new technologies in fast paced environment
    • Positive attitude focused on quality customer service for internal and external clients
