Job Overview

Emmis St. Louis Radio Digital Sales Department is currently seeking a Digital Media Coordinator.  Emmis Digital is the media arm of our radio stations, dedicated to growing audience and revenue using all types of media platforms. The primary responsibility of the position is to manage the implementation, execution and recap of digital campaigns and projects  flawlessly.  Qualified candidates must have digital agency, publisher or ad-tech experience and provide documentation to substantiate the successful execution of an advertising campaign or project.

Responsibilities

Manage and update all documentation in database related to implementation and execution of all digital campaigns and projects 

Review campaign details to ensure they have been entered as ordered and follow up with reps as needed 

Use analytic programs Operative. One, Double Click for Publishers (DFP), Google Analytics, Bullseye, Mail Chimp, Social Media Statistics to measure progress and report status of Digital Campaigns

Distribute weekly digital inventory reports to sales teams

Post feedback and suggestions to Digital Sales Manager that would improve work flow efficiencies on future campaigns

Back up Digital Project Coordinator when unavailable for clients and digital sales planning

Desired Skills & Experience

High School diploma or equivalent required

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration preferred

3 years Digital Agency, Publisher or Ad-Tech experience

Knowledgeable of project management database software   

Must have experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Calendar   

Strong organizational skills are required to independently prioritize and coordinate unique details for multiple projects, simultaneously without confusion

Professional, courteous and helpful manner is essential to manage various personalities, departments and dead-lines efficiently

Additional training will be scheduled by manager and must be completed and effectively utilized
